Sayiduna Sa’ad bin Abi Waqqas (R) informs once we were with Rasulullah ﷺ. He told us (Meaning) , “Will I tell you the words which would wipe away all sorrow if someone recites those in trouble & difficulty? ” The Sahaba (R) answered (Meaning) , “Ya Rasulallah ﷺ! Do tell us the words.” Rasulullah ﷺ replied (Meaning) , “It is the Supplication of Junnun (AM) [i.e. Sayiduna Yunus (AM) ] ”
It is:
لَّا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers. Sura Ambiya: 87
