If use of the tongue is upright, the soul is rectified.
Saiyeduna Uthman رضي الله عنه

As soon as Ramadan begins, recite this supplication, inshaAllah.

It is narrated from Ubadah bin Samet رحمة الله عليه  said, Messenger of Allah ﷺ that before the arrival of the month of Ramadan, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to teach the following supplication to the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them):

اَللَّهُمَّ سَلِّمْنِيْ لِرَمَضَانَ وَسَلِّمْ رَمَضَانَ لِيْ وَسَلِّمْهُ لِيْ مُتَقَبَّلاً

(Meaning) O Allah! Keep me safe for Ramadan (so that I may benefit fully from Ramadan while being healthy and secure), and keep Ramadan safe for me (so that its conditions become favorable for me to gain the greatest benefit from it), and accept it from me.
