The Holy month of Ramadan is passing by swiftly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blessed are those who strive to refrain from sins. More fortunate are those who, besides refraining from sins, increase good actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Ummah’s lifespan is short. The month of Ramadan is one means to increase their rewards. It contains the night of the revelation of the glorious Quran! That single night bears great virtue — so much so that it’s worship alone brings in return of more than a thousand months’ reward!! Imagine, when it has been said ‘more than a thousand months’ — it could be more than a trillion months — Allah Almighty’s reward could be and it is indeed unlimited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When an opportunity to be forgiven comes after committing serious sins, for which a grave punishment had already become incumbent,   who would not utilize such a chance?! Surely any sane individual will take the opportunity.
Imagine, this is such a forgiveness, it saves from the hellfire for good!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, no delay should be done. Let us make every effort to take advantage of this opportunity! Who among us has not sinned and become guilty of a severe punishment in the life after?!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Deity Who is Sattar<\/em> (Concealer of sins) and Ghaffar (the Repeatedly Forgiving)<\/em> has provided us with a great opportunity, He  has widened and broadened His provision of forgiveness and mercy. Lo! Such an opportunity may never come again for us!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WHAT SHOULD BE DONE<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Repent and remorse sincerely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Increase the recitation of Holy Quran, Dua (supplication) and Zikr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prepare for the search of Lailatul Qadr<\/em> and get ready to worship in the blessed night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make up the good intention and start striving on the Path of Allah Almighty throughout the worldly life. To do so, it is very important to associate with pious people, take their advice and take every step through consulting them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Know the Sunnah<\/em> of Beloved Prophet \ufdfa and start practicing them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Look for and keep on acquiring knowledge of religion and act accordingly in all affairs — worship or worldly tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be aware of the rights of Allah Almighty and also of men. Know them seriously and take necessary actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Salaat\/namaz cannot be abandoned under any circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pursuing Halaal-income is a must. Any haraam income should not be completely refrained from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Character and morality should be developed and beautified as much as possible. Never get detached from the company of scholars and pious people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To abandon sin, one must exert courage, build a life of dua-dhikr and muhasaba (i.e., regularly ponder on the deeds or actions being accomplished).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every action should be carried on only for the pleasure of Allah Almighty! Intention and goal is only one, May Allah get pleased. There should be no other objective and aim besides this. Always bear the divine words in mind (It is better if one daily contemplates on it!):<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meaning:<\/em><\/strong> Say, “Truly my salaah, all my acts of worship, my life and my death are for Allaah, the Rabb (The Creator & Sustainer) of the universe. Sura An’am – 6:162<\/sup><\/sub><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

InshaAllah if one carries upon the above actions, this life and the hereafter will be peaceful and successful (for the individual)!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O Allah! It is not possible without your assistance. Give us the tawfeeq (ability)! Aameen.<\/em><\/p>\n
